By accessing or using EventLex you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Tickets & purchases

Ticket sales are processed securely. Refunds are available only where the organizer has enabled them and within the stated refund window. Resale is permitted only through the official resale feature, capped at face value.

Organizer responsibilities

Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, delivering the advertised experience, honouring tickets, and complying with applicable laws and tax obligations.

Wallet & payouts

Wallet balances reflect verified transactions recorded in our double-entry ledger. Withdrawals are paid to verified bank accounts subject to KYC and anti-fraud checks.

Acceptable use

You may not use EventLex for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of liability

EventLex provides the platform "as is" and is not liable for the conduct of organizers or attendees, or for events cancelled or changed by organizers.
